The Critical Few OR the 1%

In digital, the Pareto rule is rarely 80/20. Rule says there are inequalities in your program, where focusing on the critical few things produces the highest returns. The assymetry is usually in the 90s, for example, usually 90/10 or sometimes even 99/1.

10% of your e-commerce SKUs produce 90% of online revenue.

1% of your webpages represent 99% of SEO Impressions (potential) or Clicks (actual).

5% of your digital roadmap drives 90% or more of the feature delivery in the fiscal year.
